We had an outstanding experience with Stivers Subaru in the past few days that resulted in the unplanned purchase of a 2024 Crosstrek from our salesman Quinton Lassiter. We came to Stivers last Thursday just to browse. Quinton approached us in the lot and was so helpful in explaining about various models. My husband explained what I was needing for my own use (smaller than his current Outback and with 2.5). Quinton introduced us to the Crosstrek and let me drive one, which handled so smoothly. Quinton was so helpful, patient, and considerate that day and in answering so many questions called in by my husband over the next few days and in working out what we considered to be a great deal. BEST VEHICLE PURCHASE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My intention was to buy a used vehicle from another car maker. After lots of research on different vehicle brands, I thought why not look at Subaru? I went to the Stivers Subaru dealership to just look around having passed by countless times. I walked in thinking “who drives a Subaru?” The answer to is “ I DO!!! ” I ended up purchasing a 2019 Subaru Ascent from a stellar salesman, Quinton Lassiter. After arriving about an hour before closing on a weeknight, he patiently assisted me answering all my questions and I had A LOT of questions. He did not haggle me with the monthly payment foolishness that I got from other dealerships. He respected my desire to find a vehicle l liked and a total price I liked FIRST. The next day we took a test drive and I was sold! Even my financing was hassle-free. Subaru was able to find the right fit for me with a warranty. I got a great deal on my Ascent. Parts arrive in good time, good pricing. I have abandoned all other Subaru part stores. Customer Service is fair, they must be able to resell, don't open or install till you're sure you'll need it.

I cannot say anything but great things about this dealership! We looked at a lot of cars and went to numerous dealerships. None of them compared to Stivers. The difference was in the sales person. Dave Ashbaugh! He was so kind and non pressure-some. He always had a smile on his face was calm and friendly! All the other places were chaotic but Dave made it a less stressful! When we picked up the car he had it ready and waiting on us! He is really good at what he does! Dave and the whole Stivers team are top-notch professionals.
