Rowe was my service advisor and he kept me apprised of every step of the way. I very much appreciate driving out with a clean car at the end of my service.

Rowe was a rockstar. Arrived first thing Monday morning with a spare on and a wheel to be patched. Ya'll took care of that and knocked out the additional upcoming service needs in under an hour. Thanks for the great and quick service!

While the wait was long, approximately 4 weeks for the part for my 2022 Outback, I was provided a loaner which was a life saver. The Technician, Rowe Hicks, kept me informed of the progress. Rowe did a great job and I appreciated his attention to the issue.

Stivers Decatur Subaru is fantastic! They changed my Forester’s oil, rotated the tires and completed an inspection in 30 minutes. The lounge is a comfortable place to drink some coffee and get some work done while waiting. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rowe attended me and did a great job, offering me much-appreciated advice on how to best take care of my car. I highly recommend!

My thanks to Rowe Hicks for his service on 7/7/23. While I was experiencing a definite mechanical concern with my Forester, the car checked out as fine and nothing could be found. Rowe took my concerns seriously and spoke with others in the Service department. My car ended up staying overnight to make a consultation possible with Subaru tech specialists. A software glitch was discovered needing an update. I got the car back the following day. I'm appreciative of the folks at Stivers in taking me seriously and pursuing the problem till it was resolved.

Had a regular service yesterday with two addistional issues, brake and a tire repair. I had been told by a tire store that the tire could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. My service rep (Rowe) and the mechanic fixed the tire at little cost and saved me quite a bit of money since the tire store said I needed to replace the one with the nail in it and the one on the other side as well. Brakes were fine. Rowe kept me in the loop and got me in and out quickly. The service was excellent, as usual. This dealership is topnotch.

Rowe was great! He really helped take the sting off of a $2500 sunroof repair (which is an outrageous cost) by being super helpful and understanding. I’d give 6 stars if not for that cost.
