Micaela in the service department was friendly, quick, and efficient, thank you! I had a 120K service performed on my 2014 Outback and the car is running great. I have since returned my car because several warning lights were on, and it turns out the car needs a new catalytic converter. Micaela once again was responsive and she took care of the problem.

The service advisor-Andrew-did a great job of keeping me informed of progress on the car. I now have 238,000 miles on my Subaru Outback and it shows no signs of old age. Probably run it past 300,000. Service advisor Andrew was very helpful.

I am grateful and thankful for Micaela York, my Service Advisor. My 2020 Suburu Forrester driver's seat had started to split and she notified me that the repair wasn't under warranty. However, she had her manager to take a look at the seat to see if something could be worked out. Thanks to God, and the service crew, Stiver's Suburu did just that. They repaired the driver's seat at no cost and provided me with a courtesy car until the seat was fixed. They really do care about making a bad situation good for the customer. For my first time at Stivers, I couldn't be happier with the experience. Micaela was my service advisor and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She offered me a loaner while my Subaru was being serviced, but I opted to wait instead. The work was performed efficiently and quicker than I anticipated. Moving forward, Stivers will be my go to for all my Subaru needs.

I typically only take my Subaru to the dealership for warranty issues. I also always have a pit in my stomach when I do. But I was assigned a service advisor named Micaela York. This woman is amazing!! Thoughtful, thorough, communicative, and made sure that the work was done same day. Actually it was completed sooner than originally thought. I will only go back to her for future visits. She’s a shining star at this dealership and I hope they recognize what an amazing employee and person they have in their midsts. So if you are going to Stivers I highly recommend you request her for your service advisor. You won’t be sorry!!
