Great service at Stivers - my 2014 outback had a transmission module failure and was just past the 100K warranty period. After contacting Subaru America, we got a credit towards the repair. Marc the service manager at Stivers quickly and professionally handled the transaction, communicated efficiently and we were in and out in 1 day. No problems applying the SA credit and Stivers washed my car as well, free of charge - always a great perk!
Our primary service manager, Marc C. called to say that the upgrade to our Fosgate sound system was available to be installed and we also needed our 12K mile warranty service. So we were able to get both done in the same trip! Our service manager is truly exceptional and we always get great care and they make us feel like family. Marc at Stivers really made my day, when a separate business broke my vent while detailing the inside and wouldn’t accept any responsibility for it. I called Stivers, hoping a repair quote coming directly from Stivers would make a difference. Marc promptly drafted an email while we were on the phone, and the business agreed to pay the cost of repairs right away! I was surprised and relieved by the quick resolution and really appreciate the customer service at Stiver’s.
everything was wonderful! Marc -- the Service Consultant at the last office on the end next to the parking spots for cars to wait to go into the service bays -- was WONDERFUL!!! He really listened, took great care of us, and worked everything out for us to get our transmission replaced while we used the dealership's loaner car to continue on to our visit with our daughter & her family in Augusta! We are very greatful!
The service department at Stivers is excellent! Marc Carnet, my service advisor, was such a huge help when my car's clutch failed on Saturday night. I don't live in Atlanta and was only visiting for a few days. I had planned on going home on Monday but was worried it wasn't going to happen. Marc got my car into the technician first thing Monday, gave me a call when the clutch was diagnosed, gave me a price, checked availability and had my car ready for me to drive back to North Carolina by 4! The service department ROCKS!

I've had a Subaru for seven years, and I've sought any significant maintenance on my vehicle to be completed at Stivers for four of the seven years. Service is consistently excellent. I live in Tennessee and drive two hours to this location because I've found they provide the best service for anything beyond the complexity of an oil change within a 200 mile radius of my location. In particular, Marc Carnet continues to provide great customer service and always leaves me feeling confident that he is correctly translating what I'm after to the technicians and can help trouble shoot problems as they arise by utilizing his apparent mechanical acumen. I appreciate all they do.

First time getting service on a vehicle and from the moment your arrive to the moment you leave is great. My service advisor Marc communicated everything to the point I could understand and gave me great advise on some things he saw in vehicle. The only thing I will say is the waiting room needs some ambiance so it’s not akwardly quiet. Tvs were on but had to read captions. Which is not a big deal unless you have kids lol. Nonetheless great place for service!
Well exceeded my expectations. We were traveling from Michigan to see friends in ATL. I had a bird strike that caused a serious leak from my radiator. They found a new one, brought it to Stivers replaced the damaged one. Tested that there was no other damage and got me on my way. Marc Carnet was my service advisor. Always cordial as I had to call several times to adjust my plans. Several friends told how much they liked Stivers and how lucky I was to have had my problem near them.
Marc was super attentive, responsive, and supportive with all my issues. He was honest and reliable on costs and deadlines and took time to explain anything I didn't understand. Really enjoyed working with these guys.

Didn't buy my 2010 Forester from Stivers because USAA didn't find my choice their . After a large oil leak came up and I phoned Marc , repairs were made . Just a week ago my a/c went out and and idiot
