I had a great experience and effortless purchase. I found the WRX that I wanted online. I got in touch with Jon Mead in sales about the car and I told him I was on my way. By the time I got there he already had the car in front of the dealership, fueled up and ready to go! When I got back from the test drive I let Jon know that I wanted the car. A few quick questions from him and a few minutes later I was talking to another great guy named David in financing. After we worked through the questions and signing the documents in a super stream-lined process; I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half! When I walked out of the financing office there was a super friendly guy detailing the interior of the car. Told me he wanted the interior to be newer than a new car. Jon was then super helpful and helped me with delivering the car to my home. Super nice guy! Great conversation on the ride and helpful with any and all questions that I had. This place will get my business again!

My sales rep was Jon Mead, VP of Internet Sales. I was a little reluctant to buy a car over the Internet, but dealing with Jon was a real pleasure. He answered all of my questions, gave me a good deal on my trade-in, and got me the Outback I wanted at a good price. When I picked up the car, Jon took the time to explain all of the car's details to me. I'm not very tech-savvy, but his patient instructions were appreciated and effective. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

This was my best experience with a car dealership. Jon Mead and Tony Nguyen were wonderful to work with. They both were down to earth, professional, up front and honest. I feel that I was treated with respect. I was especially impressed that Jon took the time to assist me patiently while he had another customer who was actually making a purchase at the time. I was never rushed or left unattended for long. Jon guided me through the entire process which was quick, easy and no nonsense. After the purchase, he took the time to show me all the functions of the vehicle and helped paired my phone with it. For my last 4 car purchases from other dealerships, the salespeople never did that; they just sent me on my way after I signed the paperwork! Also, at Stivers, I was never pressured into buying anything while receiving top notch service. I love that about them. Needless to say I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Stivers Decatur Subaru to anyone.

What a terrific experience we had buying our first new car in many years. Jon Mead responded to an email within minutes and was there to help us the next day, bright and early.
