I had a great experience and effortless purchase. I found the WRX that I wanted online. I got in touch with Jon Mead in sales about the car and I told him I was on my way. By the time I got there he already had the car in front of the dealership, fueled up and ready to go! When I got back from the test drive I let Jon know that I wanted the car. A few quick questions from him and a few minutes later I was talking to another great guy named David in financing. After we worked through the questions and signing the documents in a super stream-lined process; I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half! When I walked out of the financing office there was a super friendly guy detailing the interior of the car. Told me he wanted the interior to be newer than a new car. Jon was then super helpful and helped me with delivering the car to my home. Super nice guy! Great conversation on the ride and helpful with any and all questions that I had. What a terrific experience we had buying our first new car in many years. Jon Mead responded to an email within minutes and was there to help us the next day, bright and early. I recently was in a hit and run where my car was totaled. I was not even close to be thinking about getting a new car. But time was ticking and I had to do it because this is Atlanta. This was my first new car purchase (Forester, Wilderness,) and I must say that I was treated incredibly well by all of the staff. A specific call out goes to Jon Mead for being an excellent salesperson and all around great human being. He helped me find the vehicle that had exactly what I needed, and took all the patient time needed to talk through all the features. He listens. Trust me - not all car sales people have this kind of gift, so it really made a traumatic time for me a lot less stress. And I have gratitude. Now I am giving 5 stars for service and treatment. However, I would love to give 1 star for the interior of this shop. Y'all really need to modernize the lighting, decor. and basically remodel the interior. It's 2024, and I felt like I was in a grade school with those oppressive industrial over head lights. I watched a promotional video while doing paper work, and honestly this store needs to look like the marketing props you put out there. Think modern paint colors wood paneling, soft lighting (maybe lamps,) updated offices for EVERYONE, and more AC. Also you need a lot more merchandise. For those who can control this, I implore you to visit other dealerships, REI, starbucks, and other businesses that have ambience. Your industrial lighting and sad grey walls made me feel like I was in a McDonald's - where the lighting is used to get people out. You want your customers to STAY and buy something. So get this right. Your staff is already incredible (don't stop investing in them,) so now take the time to upgarde your interior environment.

I did an E- inquiry on a Forester, and was connected to Jon Mead in internet sales. A real human who I could work with, and boy did he go right to work on a deal I could live with and at a price I’m okay with (sad economy right?) so I’m a real person writing a real review on my real experience here. When I first moved from PA to GA I needed to service my 21 Outback and I found Stivers, and my experience there for service was wonderful! No muss, no fuss, honest quality service and dog friendly! Nice to chill on a couch with my dogs while we waited. So, with good service under my belt, I reached out to lease a new Forester when my Outback lease was up. I’m very happy to have gotten Jon Mead to work with, went right to a perfect Forester for me based on my needs, great price (Where price sells cars!) and he got my accessories arranged to be installed and I was able to visit and work out a deal on Saturday October 28, and pick up my fully read to go Forester on Tuesday October 31. Had a great experience buying my Forester from Jon last weekend. The customer service at Stivers was a big part of my decision to buy a Forester, even though I had initially planned to get a hybrid SUV.
