Tremendous gratitude to HUNTER DENNIS, who truly made my experience the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had quite a few). He was patient, thoughtful, and provided SO much information to help ME make the best decision on my car purchase without the usual pressures of a car salesman. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends. There were several other folks who came out to greet me during the purchasing process; can't remember all their names, but James was one. Everyone there was so nice. The finance part of the deal was understandably long, but Jeff was also nice. I will admit I was somewhat burned out after the long afternoon there. (If anyone can figure out a way to speed up that part of the process, I'd give you all more than 5 stars! I felt like I became a welcomed part of my new Subaru family, and I am so grateful. I received a service, especially from Daniel, that was stellar and he was very patient with me. Believe me it takes a lot of patience to deal with me. I’m so glad he was so understanding. Jeff was able to work with my budget and I greatly appreciated his wisdom and insight. Brent provided simple and easy advice and he explained the paper work so simply. Oh heck everybody gets 10 stars.

Our salesman was Seth Snyder. He worked with us for 2 days until we care the car we wanted at a comfortable monthly payment. He was very thorough in explaining the features of all the vehicles we looked at. Jeff also helped while Seth was with another customer the 2nd day. Even the man in the finance department went the extra mile in explaining the various options available. I would highly recommend Stivers Subaru and Seth Snyder to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great customer service
