Bought a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. Was a really easy no BS experience. My salesman Hunter was especially easy to work with and offered fair deals to boot. He walked me through the car, ensured all my add-ons were installed before I got to the dealership, and made sure it was cleaned up before I left the lot. Really great team!

Hunter Dennis was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in and patient in our process. We own an outback and we’re looking at the Solterra. This was our first stop before looking at other car companies. I looked at three other electric car companies and none of the sales people were anywhere near as knowledgeable as Hunter. We did come back and buy the Solterra from him.

During the process, I even changed my mind about my initial vehicle choice, and Hunter was more than willing to meet with me again, offer a second test drive, and provide a fair negotiation when I switched to my final decision—the Forester. The entire experience felt comfortable and transparent, which played a big role in my decision-making. When I picked up my new Forester, Hunter took the time to walk me through all the key features and ensure I felt comfortable driving off the lot. I was also impressed by the follow-up a week later to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear that Stivers Subaru values their customers and provides exceptional service even after the sale.

Stivers Decatur Subaru was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Lindsey answered my Internet query immediately and put me in touch with Hunter Dennis from Sales who went above and beyond to send me additional pictures and videos and answer any questions I had. He was willing to work with me over email and text so that all I had to do when I got to the dealership was take a test drive and sign the paperwork. He even made sure the car was serviced and detailed before my arrival. No pressure or sneaky sales tactics. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Hunter Dennis was so great to work with. I hate pushy sales people and he was not at all. But, he was great at still checking in regularly, and he made sure I had the best deal. He was great with communication, always answering promptly and thoroughly. Doug Martin was also great to work with for financing. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I will be in my Crosstrek for a long time, but will definitely come back to Stivers for my next Subaru. I can't recommend them enough!
