In a post-pandemic world where nothing seems to work properly or arrive on-time, Curtis made the normally tenuous experience of buying a car an actual ENJOYABLE one. What started as a simple, unassuming online chat query quickly went from prompt, no-BS answers to my arriving to put in a deposit on my 2023 BRZ, same day. No sleazy gimmicks, markups or hidden details (unlike every Toyota dealer I spoke with). At this point, I assumed it'd be another year or so before I got my car due to supply chain shortages, but was given a delivery date that wasn't just held to but completed a week early! Even closing out the deal in financing didn't feel dirty, as Curtis and David helped me select the appropriate coverages and provided fair market value for my trade in and a proper interest rate in line with my credit score. Two top guys you have there at SDS! I'll definitely be making mention of this around town and to my friends. Hopefully, I won't need to come back soon, but if I do I know I'm in good hands!

My wife and I purchased a new Subaru Ascent this weekend. Over the years we have purchased many new vehicles and this was our best overall experience. In these times of decreased dealer inventory, it is difficult to find a vehicle and even more so getting a fair deal if you do. I worked with Curtis Ralls at Stivers on a recent purchase and he did a great job of explaining the availability and options for the car I was most interested in. Buying a new car is a totally different experience than if was four or five years ago due to supply chain issues and strong demand. He also got me a very fair trade in price for my BMW and when I ultimately changed the car (color and options) that I was test driving and prepared to purchase for another that came in the night before he quickly worked up the revised quotation and shortly thereafter the car was mine. Curtis also spent a good amount of time with me after sale showing me how to use and understand some of the electronic features including the crash avoidance, CarPlay and other particulars of the car. If you're looking for a Subaru in the Decatur area, Stivers Subaru is the place to go. This is my second vehicle from Stivers. I ordered it built to my customizations in late March 2022 and it arrived mid-May, and it's absolutely perfect. The whole process was easy and thoroughly handled by Curtis Ralls in sales, I sent him a build from Subaru's website, met with him one afternoon and he had the ball rolling in no time. He promptly answered any and all questions and contacted me immediately when I had questions. When it arrived he and Tony Nguyen, the Finance Manager, had me in and out with my new car in under 45 minutes from the time I pulled on to the lot. No long drawn out sales process or upsell pressure we have come to associate with car lots. He treated us very fairly and kindly, and the lack of pressure on closing a deal made the process so much easier for us, in a time where it was really difficult to be able to find the right car for the right price. The dealership doesn’t have a bad employee, everyone we talked to or saw had a smile on their face, and you will too when you work with them. They have checked in occasionally to see how we’ve enjoyed our Subaru, it’s very sweet to get a personalized message that doesn’t feel like generic marketing. Couldn’t recommend them more, best buying experience we have ever had. When compared to some of the other dealers we looked at (a ford dealer and a Mazda dealer) the comparison isn’t even close. Buying from Curtis is like buying from an old friend. He wants what’s best for you and will help you find it, and wouldn’t ever pressure you into a sale. 10/10.

The car had been serviced there since we moved to midtown Atlanta in December of 2023. The process was surprisingly smooth. He found an Outback that fit our preferences, tracked its movement, and made it available to us when it was in inventory. It was ready for us on March 15.
