Cameron did a great job of riding herd on the various things that needed fixing on my car. Thank goodness he also reminded me that my battery was quite old because it needed replacing. And they found the brake fluids were dirty and needed to be flushed/replaced. Just in time for a long drive ahead of me.
I couldn't be happier with my service visit! I arrived early and Cameron was able to assist me quickly. He pointed out that all my service would be covered by my service contract (that I forgot I had!) and let me know my car would be washed prior to me picking it up. I got a text message when my car was ready. Cameron went over everything that was performed on my car and gave me opportunities to ask questions and clarify my service. It was a positive experience. I'll be back!

Cameron addressed them all during the service visit and made sure that I remained informed of all work that was needed. I was very pleased with the smooth and efficient service visit.

Adam was amazing! He got our servicing taken care of quickly. We were concerned that our car would not be ready in time for my wife to leave to pick up my son from school, but Adam got everything handled quickly (including the car wash)! I just had the oil change service on my 2013 Outback at Stivers Subaru. As usual, I was treated well from arrival to departure. Everyone made the process easy. I recently moved to Georgia and I really needed to get my oil changed. I looked on google for a Subaru service center near me, and Stivers was one of my options. Iām so glad I picked them!!! Itās almost a hour drive to get there, but it was worth it! Cameron was my service advisor and he was amazing. He had my service warranty pulled up and everything before my appointment. My visit was smooth and worry free.

I have not, historically, gone to a Dealership for my auto servicing and repairs but I have been here twice and was impressed both times. Upon research, the prices are in the ballpark and the friendliness and competence of the Service Advisor and Techs along with the large comfortable waiting area more than make up for what I paid over, say, Walmart. Yes, I could have gotten tires cheaper there, but it would have taken all day and would have been very inconvenient and unpleasant. Update 3/25/23: Road Hazard insurance on my tires rocks! My usual Service Advisor at Stivers is Micaela and I have been very happy with her. For this latest road hazard claim, Cameron helped me and he was excellent as well. There have been occasions when Adam helped me as well and I have had no complaints with him either.

This was our first time at the Stivers service center, won't be our last. The car was moved to be serviced with in minutes of the appointment time. Cameron, our service advisor answered the few questions I had, both before and about after the service. Oil was changed, tires rotated and a trip inspection performed. Cameron said it would take about an hour, from getting out of the car to driving away it was one hour.

My husband and I both use Stivers Service Dept and think it's the best! Everything about it is positive - easy to schedule, timely appts, and work is well-done. First, let me say I have been going to Stivers for regular services on my 2021 Crosstrek since I relocated to GA from MS. Everyone in the Service department is awesome. I usually see Cameron Hurley-Knight when I am able to go throughout the week. I seen Rowe Hicks on Saturday and he was equally awesome. I went in for regular service for my 2021 Crosstrek with no intentions of getting a new vehicle. This was my first time going into the sales building. Everyone was super nice, and like I said I had no intentions of getting a new vehicle. Eric Lautzenhiser approached me and we casually talked about vehicles that I had my eye on. I test drove two different vehicles. 2024 Wilderness Forrester and a 2023 Ascent. There was no pressure of buying a vehicle. Eric Lautzenhiser really went over and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I am now a proud owner of the Wilderness Forrester. I truly enjoyed my experience of working with Eric, and definitely recommend him as an expert representative. I plan on working with him again in the future. Go see him at Stivers Subaru!
