Just to re-up what I wrote a while back: this is a terrific dealership and Anthony Pitillo is a terrific service rep. Stivers Subaru of Decatur is an outstanding dealership. their Service Dept. is incredibly responsive when I call. Anthony does an excellent job of keeping me updated, explaining what service or repairs are needed, and handling everything promptly and professionally. He never recommends a repair or service unless it's truly needed.

Anthony was amazing and helped explain every step of the process. I just moved here from out of state and this was my very first experience with them and I can say I’ll be certainly returning!

I’m usually never one to leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this dealership that I wanted to share. I went in for an oil change without an appointment, and I was still in and out in less than an hour. Anthony was extremely helpful and took the time to go over my extended warranty package with me. I asked a ton of questions and he answered every single one with a smile on his face. He really went above and beyond to make sure me and my Subie were taken care of. Amazing customer service. 10/10 Who would’ve thought that getting an oil change would be such an enjoyable experience?

Anthony P is a rockstar. The crew who works on the service lot is efficient. The coffee machine is fun to use. Lots of seating if you're waiting, or you can sunbathe outside because the service area face the morning sun. I think the phone receptionists could be a little friendlier on the phone, talking to them sounds like you're bothering them, but this is typical of all dealerships who have a service area.

Even though at the time of my appointment the tire wasn't in stock, Anthony was able to have it ordered and I was able to have it replaced later that day. I bought my Subaru forester at Stivers Decatur Subaru in 2002. It is an excellent automobile still - my daughter owns it now. We maintain it at Stivers. Anthony (and his team of technicians) - our service manager is wonderful - great advice and great follow through. Automobiles are not inexpensive to operate, and they require care and maintenance. Stivers has offered excellent service, parts, and a willingness to help me make good choices in order to maintain the Forester and keep my daughter safe. Stivers is true to their word. I am grateful.

Amazing experience at the Stivers Subaru! I was in Atlanta from Tallahassee, FL for some meetings and my check engine light came on while I was in Macon on the way up. I went to AutoZone to have my engine code read and it was determined there was an issue with the Coolant Bypass Valve due to some faulty parts or wiring. Before driving home to Tallahassee on Monday, to be safe, I made a service appointment to have my Outback checked, and upon code reading it, it was once again determined there was an issue with the Coolant Bypass Valve. My service advisor, Anthony Pitillo, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and they swiftly had the issue resolved so I could safely drive home. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience! I’ve had my Subaru for 6 years and drove from San Francisco, this was my first visit since moving and the process was easy and very helpful! Anthony Pitillo was my advisor, he walked me through the entire process, let me know I had a couple recalls out in my make and model and took care of it, plus it was way more affordable than what I was expecting. The waiting area is really spacious and packed with outlets so I was able to keep working and they cleaned and washed my car for free! I’ll definitely be going back here in the future for my crosstrek needs! Thanks!!

Worked with Anthony Pitillo on two emergency services over the past few weeks, and the experience was fantastic. Even without an appointment, Anthony quickly pulled together a major repair (sunroof shattered) and then personally ran through a checklist of its functionality with me to ensure the newly-replaced sunroof operated properly. When a minor repair (flat tire, nail) was needed, he again fit me into his schedule quickly. Cannot recommend Anthony enough for his courtesy and professionalism, and he is a credit to the Stivers team.

We have always been pleased with Stivers Decatur Subaru’s service of our 2015 Outback, and Wednesday’s service was just as great. We have never had any problems with the car, but started hearing a funny noise recently. We described the noise to Anthony Pitillo who correctly guessed that it was damaged wheel bearings which was correctly diagnosed by the technician. Anthony kept us up to date and called to say the car was ready and washed in less than five hours! He also replaced free of charge wiper blades which the technician said were streaking and were still under warranty. Very pleased once again with Stivers Decatur Subaru.
