We have enjoyed excellent service last week for our 2021 Forester by Stivers. Our service advisor, Adam Cloud, was welcoming, helpful and, in particular, patient with us in answering our questions. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Stivers Subaru getting my very first inspection and oil change of my new Crosstrek. My service adviser, Adam Cloud, was super friendly and made it a quick and painless experience. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was finished in under an hour. I love the great service!

Adam was great. I showed up early and he kept me informed the entire time my car was being serviced. He also answered all of my questions with no hesitation.

I always appreciate the professionalism, speed, and quality of service when I come to Stivers. Adam Cloud is the man!

I have used the afternoon Express Service for minor maintenance twice and have had a good experience both times. Yesterday, the service was it was particularly fast, which was appreciated. Adam Cloud, who handled the administrative part of the service, was was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and moved the process along very efficiently.

My service advisor was Adam Cloud and he went over service options and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. After the work was complete, he even provided a complimentary car wash. This was my first visit to Stivers Decatur Sabaru service dept. but it will not be my last.

Anthony Pitillo met me when I drove in, kept me informed about the service I needed. The service was completed quickly and within a reasonable amount of time.

Took my Outback in for its 30,000 mile tune up and the experience was excellent. Adam was my point of contact while there and he is great! The service was timely, I knew what I my vehicle was receiving for the service and I’ll be back for the next service it needs.

Went here for my 6k service. They were phenomenal. Adam was excellent. Maybe because I'm from Cali I'm used to everyone being generally rude but this was a welcome change.

Happened to be in metro Atlanta and stopped by Stivers Subaru to discuss an issue I was having with the Navigation System on my Outback. I had tried to address the issue with another dealer in SC, but had been unsuccessful. The Service Advisor at Stivers, Adam Cloud, greeted me warmly at the door and promptly stated he would have someone check to see if the software had been updated on my Navigation System. I told him I had not scheduled an appointment, and he indicated that he could get me in if I had an hour to wait. In less than one hour my system was updated and Adam assisted me with some tips for use of my phone and the Navigation System. Five star rating for Adam and Stivers Subaru. They surpassed my expectations!

Adam was great! He was super friendly and helpful. The waiting room was very clean and I was particularly happy that they had the Cooking Channel on (with subtitles!) as I waited. My car was serviced quickly and runs great. 10/10, would return again. :)

Phenomenal service! I didn't get my Subaru here but I brought it by for an oil change and I will be bringing my vehicle here for all future maintenance. Adam was so helpful in walking me through what my car actually needed and not once did he push an extra service or repair on me. In fact he charged me less then the original quote!! They repaired two recalls on the car, changed the oil, and gave me a free car wash all in 90 minutes. The waiting lobby is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The whole team was respectful and courteous to the point that it stood out to me. They go the extra mile on the small things and I look forward to working with them as long as I live in the area!

Adam CLoud was my service advisor - wife's '17 Forester headlights went out, got me in on short notice, fixed and out the door in about 30minutes. efficient and friendly.

Last week I had the same experience with Anthony and like my previous experience with Adam he delivered exceptional customer service. Also previously Marc Carnet did great job explaining to me what was to be done on my car during my maintenance visit and what I should be getting done on my next maintenance visit. There were no surprises. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and quiet. I was Informed of my wait time in advance. Good professionalism!

We LOVE our Forester, always go to Stivers for service. Our adviser, Adam Cloud, is terrific: explains what is to be done at that appointment, answers my questions, and meets expectations on time for service while I wait. Waiting area is super! With coffee and tea bar, big screen tvs to watch, tables on which to work, comfy couches, and even private offices for conversations. I will continue to visit Stivers Subaru in the future, for service, even though they are 20 miles from my home!

The MySubaru app had a service special coupon for an oil change, combined with a tire rotation, that I needed done asap. I had easily booked online with Stivers Decatur Subaru and I did make sure to print out the coupon to turn in for the special price. I live an hour away, but I prefer to work with Stivers Subaru, Adam Cloud and have maintenance done on my 2016 Forester by mechanics familiar with the brand.

Stivers is a great dealership. Service gets you in and out plus a free wash! Adam Cloud was an excellent and friendly service advisor.

I bought my SUV from Michael when inventories were low and he set realistic expectations for when to get my new vehicle. I also brought my SUV in for service for the first time. The place is CLEAN! Adam Welcomed me warmly and my oil change and maintenance were performed under the promised time and they washed my SUV. There is a lot of space so we were able to spread out on the diverse seating options.
